+ Added option to Advanced Settings to restore Factory Defaults
+ Added option to Game Settings to change Kitty Club points values
+ Improved the in-game menu
* Changed colors of Start, Kitty Club and Sex Clinic on gameboard
* Fixed bug in Kitty Club where earned money would not reset on next turn
* Changed Kitty Club default values for each activity
* Changed Quick start dialog can now be disabled from within the dialog
* Reduced the default game speed
