Q. How do I activate my License?
- Open Sexy Dreams 3D v5 and it will automatically activate.
Q. When do I receive my license?
A. When you purchase Sexy Dreams you will instantly receive an email from Fast Spring (our payment processor), which will confirm your payment and include your digital receipt. On screen instructions will instantly tell you how to activate Sexy Dreams 3D. Please make sure you enter the hardware code located in the about box of Sexy Dreams 3D when you order to make sure we can activate your license instantly.
Q. Why doesn't my licence work?
A. If you are getting errors while trying to activate there maybe a problem with your installation or you didn't provide us with a hardware code when you ordered. To fix this please follow these steps:
- Open Sexy Dreams 3D
- Copy your hardware key from Options > About > Copy Key into a email and send this to us so we can activate your copy.
Q. Can I activate my licence on another machine?
A. Yes, from version v4 all licenses are hardware locked, if you require your key activating on a second computer which you own please email us and we will activate it for you.
Q. Can another person use my licence?
A. No, your license is yours and nobody else's. See above question.
Q. I’ve lost my licence, can you re-send it?
A. Since Sexy Dreams 3D v4 there is no need to send licenses because data is held online, as long as your hardware key has not changed then you will just need to click activate in Sexy Dreams 3D.
Q. What upgrades am I entitled to when I purchase a licence?
A. Unlike other companies which like to charge users for major upgrades, at Style Software we like to be loyal too our existing customers, so everybody who purchases a license for Sexy Dreams gets the following benefits.
- Licenses last for your Lifetime.
- Free Major and Minor upgrades for all Registered Users forever.
- Email support within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated on our website)
Q. I keep getting this error "gl_arb_vertex Program Required" when playing Sexy Dreams?
A. This only appears when your graphics card does not support some of the advanced graphics shaders that Sexy Dreams uses for its special effects. To fix this error you need to Start Sexy Dreams and click Options > Graphics and then disable all of the shader settings.
Q. I keep getting errors relating to MDAC or Jet Database Engine or DAO?
A. If you are running an older version of Windows e.g. 95/98/Me/2000, you maybe missing the latest versions of the Microsoft Database Engines. Install the two programs listed below and see if the errors are fixed.
If this doesn't resolve your problem you can also try the solution below, but this is at your own risk and requires registering dlls.
1) Try and locate this file c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll
2) Press Start > Run
3) Copy and paste to uninstall the dll
"regsvr32 /u "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll"
4) Copy and paste to reinstall the dll
"regsvr32 "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll"
5) Restart then try to run Sexy Dreams again.
