Q. How do I activate my License?

A. After you have purchased a full license for Sexy Dreams 3D, click on Enter Key in the trial dialog and then click on Activate.

Q. When do I receive my license?

A. When you purchase Sexy Dreams you will instantly receive an email from Fast Spring (our payment processor), which will confirm your payment and include your digital receipt. Onscreen instructions will instantly tell you how to activate Sexy Dreams 3D.

Q. Why doesn't my licence work / OLM Error:NOT PAID?

A. If you are getting errors while trying to activate such as 'Not Paid', this means that the information you entered into the trial version did not match your purchasing details. You will need to follow these steps:

1) Open Sexy Dreams 3D
2) click on Options> Remove Key.
3) Restart Sexy Dreams 3D
4) Enter the your Full Name and email from your order into the trial information,
e.g.
User name - John Dow
Email Address - Johndow@hotmail.com
5) Start the free trial.
6) Email us when your have done this and I will activate your copy of Sexy Dreams ASAP.

Q. Can I activate my licence on another machine?

A. Yes/No, from version v4.0 all licenses are hardware locked, if you require your key activating on a second computer which you own please email us and we will activate it for you.

Q. Can another person use my licence?

A. No, your license is yours and nobody else's. See above question.

Q. I’ve lost my licence, can you re-send it?

A. There is no need to send licenses because data is held online, just enter you registration details you used to purchase Sexy Dreams into the trial version and click activate.

Q. What upgrades am I entitled to when I purchase a licence?

A. Unlike other companies which like to charge users for major upgrades, we at Sexy Dreams like to be loyal too our existing customers, so everybody who purchases a license for Sexy Dreams gets the following benefits.

• Licenses last for your Lifetime.
• Free Major and Minor upgrades for all Registered Users forever.
• Email support within 24 - 48 hours (unless otherwise stated on our website)

Q. I keep getting this error "gl_arb_vertex Program Required" when playing Sexy Dreams?

A. This only appears when your graphics card does not support some of the advanced graphics shaders that Sexy Dreams uses for its special effects. To fix this error you need to Start Sexy Dreams and click Options > Graphics and then disable all of the shader settings. Sexy Dreams requires either a Nivida GeForce 6 or equal graphics card to use all graphics settings available.

Q. I keep getting errors relating to MDAC or Jet Database Engine or DAO?

A. If you are running an older version of Windows e.g. 95/98/Me/2000, you maybe missing the latest versions of the Microsoft Database Engines. Install the two programs listed below and see if the errors are fixed.

• Microsoft Jet 4.0 SP8 Database Engine
• Microsoft MDAC 2.8 SP1 Database Engine

If this doesn't resolve your problem you can also try the solution below, but this is at your own risk and requires registering dlls.

1) Try and locate this file c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll
2) Press Start > Run
3) Copy and paste to uninstall the dll
"regsvr32 /u "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll"
4) Copy and paste to reinstall the dll
"regsvr32 "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll"
5) Restart then try to run Sexy Dreams again.
